BADth has received a request for members to complete a survey aimed at Allied Health Professionals (and service users, managers, service commissioners etc), which will inform future research in the area of workforce development. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey to ensure that dramatherapy and dramatherapists are represented in this process.
At the end of 2025, we asked Allied Health Professions (AHP) and service users what they thought were the most important questions and uncertainties about the AHP workforce that would benefit from further research. We had a fantastic response, with a total of 2891 questions submitted.
We have grouped these responses into common topics and created a list of questions that summarise the original submissions. We then consulted the existing research evidence to check which had already been fully answered. We now need your help to understand which of the questions that have not already been answered are the most important and should be prioritised in future research. You can help us by completing our second survey, where you will vote for the questions that you think are the most important. This will help us create a shortlist that will be narrowed down to a final top 10.
