Sarah Masters (Executive Committee Member)

Sarah was elected onto the Executive Committee at the 2025 AGM. Sarah is a HCPC registered Dramatherapist who graduated in 2012. During 2017-2018 she engaged in further education, completing a PG Dip and qualifying as a Clinical Supervisor. Additionally, Sarah has experience working as an allied health professional return to practice mentor, a trainer and an associate lecturer. Furthermore, throughout her career, Sarah has co-authored and authored various academic papers. Since 2025, Sarah has taken the lead role in BADth's Private Practice committee and enjoys collaborating with her peers in the committee as they develop and grow this branch of BADth.
Over the years, Sarah has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge working in various organisations such as charities, community interest companies, education settings (from preschool to University level) and NHS partnerships with third sector. She has worked with a range of individuals of different age groups with various needs. Within her work, she has also worked with trainee therapists both as a therapist and supervisor. She has a specific interest and passion of coming alongside those who have been subjected to trauma. Presently, Sarah has her own private practice working as a Dramatherapist and Clinical Supervisor both in person and online.
Sarah is motivated to apply her knowledge, experience and skills towards continuing to develop BADth's community.
