Meet the BADth Team
Amy Mackay (Chair)

Amy has been dedicated ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ since 2020, serving in various roles including Acting Vice Chair and Secretary. She was elected Chair at the 2024 AGM. Her experience in dramatherapy spans NHS CAMHS teams, voluntary sector organisations, schools, community settings, and private practice. Amy also leads the Religion and Spirit Matters subgroup of BADth's Inclusion and Visibility Subcommittee. Amy's contributions include drafting Covid guidance and organising BADth’s first online conference. She is committed to improving organisational structure, empowering members, and ensuring robust policies and procedures. Financial sustainability is a priority for Amy, who advocates for true cost recovery and transparent decision-making. Her vision for BADth is one of inclusivity, empowerment, and resilience.
Marissa Green (Vice Chair)

Marissa was elected onto the Executive Committee at the 2024 AGM. Marissa qualified in Drama and Movement Therapy (Sesame) (MA) from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2017, and as an Autism Practitioner from University College London in 2022. She currently works as a Mental Health Adviser at Anglia Ruskin University and is an Experiential Group Leader for their Dramatherapy training MA. She also works freelance as a therapist, mental health consultant, and supervisor. Marissa is a published researcher, and a Professional Doctorate student investigating the use of outcome measurement in Higher Education Institution mental health provisions.
Francesca McInally (Executive Committee Member)

Francesca was elected to the Executive Committee at the 2024 AGM. As an HCPC-registered Dramatherapist, she works with adults in the NHS community and inpatient services and with students with severe learning difficulties at a SEND high school. She works extensively with personality disorders and is interested in the intersectionality of trauma, neurodiversity and diagnosis. Francesca has a rich background in theatre, having initially trained as an actor before working as an Outreach Manager, facilitator, artistic director, and theatre director for professional and community theatre companies. She is passionate about making the arts accessible to all and using creativity to foster self-expression, build meaningful connections and support emotional healing. A proud BADth member since her trainee days at Roehampton, Francesca aims to strengthen the sense of belonging within the Dramatherapy community, ensuring members’ voices are heard and actively involved in shaping the future.
Jack Horgan-Briggs (Executive Committee Member)

Jack was elected to the Executive Committee in 2024, and qualified as a dramatherapist in 2022 from the University of Roehampton. Currently he works in an in-patient setting offering dramatherapy as part of a multi-disciplinary team. He has particular experience and interest in using dramatherapy to support people in their recovery from eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder and ARFID, alongside using dramatherapy to support people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Alongside this, he works in a third sector organisation specialising in supporting the LGBTQ+ community. As a member of BADth, he has also co-founded and co-facilitates an LGBTQ+ dramatherapist peer support space and is passionate about increasing public awareness of Dramatherapy as a powerful approach in supporting people's mental health. 
Sarah Corcoran (Bookkeeper)

Sarah is an experienced bookkeeper with many years’ experience working with statutory agencies, charities, small to medium size businesses and individuals. Sarah specialises in Xero and Sage accounting software and has qualified as a Certified Xero Advisor. She is currently undertaking her AAT Accountants course with the aim that one day she can offer clients Bookkeeping and Accountancy services.
Laura Rogers (Membership Engagement & Development Coordinator)

Laura joined BADth in 2025 as the new Membership Engagement & Development Coordinator. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous work within an association, Laura is passionate about effective communication, membership growth, and creating development opportunities for all members. With a degree in Drama and Scriptwriting, she has a strong admiration for the amazing work BADth provides to support Dramatherapists and is eager to contribute to the community.
