Summary

We are looking for qualified Dramatherapists who are working in the NHS to take part in an anonymous survey about their experiences of clinical supervision for their NHS clinical practice.

Full Story

We are two NHS Dramatherapists working for Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT). As part of our research for a book chapter on Clinical Supervision of Dramatherapists in the NHS, we are inviting qualified Dramatherapists who are working in the NHS to take part in an anonymous survey about their experiences of clinical supervision for their NHS clinical practice.

The purpose of this study is to understand whether Dramatherapists working in the NHS are receiving the level and type of clinical supervision that is proposed in the professional body guidelines and that they as clinicians think that they need, to seek to understand what, if any, barriers there may be, and potentially make recommendations.

The survey has been discussed with the HRA, who have confirmed that it does not require their approval.

We would be grateful if you could share this survey and the attached participant information sheet with your staff group.

Participation is anonymous, online and should take around 10-15 minutes.

The survey closes on 27th March 2026.
