We’re thrilled to share that BADth is recruiting for a brand-new role—Membership Engagement & Development Coordinator—and we need your help to find the right person.

This role is all about you, our members. It’s about making sure your voice is heard, your professional development is supported, and your experience as part of BADth is meaningful, connected, and inspiring.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Strengthen how we communicate with you and celebrate your work.
• Coordinate a rich and accessible CPD programme, including our annual conference.
• Support and grow our vibrant volunteer community.
• Help us reach more dramatherapists and diversify our membership.
• Build bridges with partner organisations to amplify our collective voice.

This is a remote, flexible role—perfect for someone who’s passionate about dramatherapy, community-building, and professional development. They don’t need to be a dramatherapist themselves, but they do need to understand the value of what we do and be excited to help us grow.
